Migration Manager

While trying to start a migration from 8.0.1 to another 8.0.1 I am getting this error: Any ideas?

Same issue 7.5.4 migration to 8.1.0

Same Issue: I try to launch the migration and get same errors. Starting from the premise that I have entered the wrong configuration of host name and password I have iterated all possible permutations for entry. The migration manager is not going any further. Help files are instruction but without real examples . Any further guidance would be appreciated. - Sometimes the most obvious is the least apparent.
