TITLE:
Migration of websites does not work properly anymore
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:
Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS‬, Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11 Update #34
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
After the migration of 3 websites today I noticed they did not have the proper certificates.
I then wanted to check the configs in /etc/nginx/plesk.conf.d/vhosts and I saw that no symlink was made there for these 3 domains

Nor was there a file named nginx.conf in /var/www/vhosts/system/domain.nl/conf/nginx.conf there was no problem 2 weeks ago, so my guess the migration tool has been updated.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
migrate a domain with website
ACTUAL RESULT:
domain is migrated, but letsencrypt certificate is not applied and can not be applied.
EXPECTED RESULT:
1:1 migration of site.
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM PLESK SERVICE TEAM:
Confirm bug

After manually copying over the config files, creating the symlinks and manually editing the configs so they correspond with the certificates that were created by the migration process and a "killall -HUP nginx" I have 1 website now working
Now I need to do the other 2 websites!!!!!

I do not know what more is failing

I migrated one of the websites to another server and that didn't fail.
Afterward I migrated another site to the same server on which I had the described problem.
That one didn't fail either.

Because I'm unable to replicate this problem, this can be closed.
Still feels uneasy, though....
