is possibile to convert backup xml plesk 10.2.0 to another hosting server with plesk 9.5.4 is urgentely

It is impossible. You can migrate from old version to new but not vice versa.

Just upgrade destination server to Plesk 10.2 version and perform correct migration.
There are a lot of differences in internal structure, database, business logic, etc. Therefore migration from new to old Plesk version impossible or very very difficult.
