Migration problem

I am trying to migrate a couple accounts from a previous host that is running CPanel 10.8. When attempting to run the Migration Manager, I get the following error:

Incorrect scout-result.xml file format. Delete the file and try again.

Anybody encounter this & have fix?

There is scout.pl somewhere in the plesk files, try to run it on the host you are migrating from and see what it prints: probably something gone wrong and it does not work correctly.
