migration probs plesk 7.5 to 8

I've been having some major problems with migrating domains from one server to another. I have a plesk 7.5 server with around 100 domains (some small and some large). I'm not really having problems with the small ones, but the large ones seem to get stuck. No matter what I do, it seems like the ones that are larger than 100 mb just stop in the middle of migration.

Anyone have a clue what might be causing this and how I might fix it so we can get the domains onto the new server?
