Migration & Subdomains

Hi, When I migrate a subdomain, from cPanel to Plesk, it shows up as a domain, not a subdomain.

How can I make it so when I migrate all of my accounts / subdomains, the subdomains go into the subdomains folder instead of acting like an actual domain?
