Migration Tool Installation

Some time ago my Plesk installation was made by a Plesk Support representative, that was when I had one free month

But the installation wasn't done right, and when I required support they wanted me to pay (free month expired)

Now I have several tools which are not working... and my server hosting company is acting so bad recently that I have to migrate...

My problem is, when I click migration tool, I am told the page doesn't exist

I suppose it wasn't installed properly

As my knowledge in server administration is very limited... how may I install this "Migration Tool" by its own in Fedora Core3 server please?
