Basic Pleskian
I want to migrate my sites from 9.5.3 to 10.0.1 new server but i could not find the migration manager on plesk 10.x :D
 
If I were you, I would wait to perform any migration. The plesk 10 migration manager is seriously flawed. There's known bugs with it.
 
Do you have migration manager installed? Check it, for example:

# rpm -qa | grep migra
psa-migration-agents-10.9.0-cos5.build109101029.18
psa-migration-manager-10.9.0-cos5.build109101029.18

Install it with autoinstaller if you haven't it. Then go to Server Management -> Tools & Utilities and use Migration Manager there.
