• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Inactive Plesk user accounts are not synced to a new Plesk server with the Plesk "Migration & Transfer Manager" tool.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

- create an email address "[email protected]" in the source subscription including "Can be used to log in to Plesk"
- make the newly created "Application User" for the email address "[email protected]" inactive
- migrate the subscription to a new Plesk server with the Plesk "Migration & Transfer Manager" tool

ACTUAL RESULT

- the inactive "Application User" "[email protected]" is not migrated to the new Plesk server

EXPECTED RESULT

- the inactive "Application User" "[email protected]" should also be migrated to the new Plesk server
