Can i use the server with below configuration for plesk?

CPU	RAM	Storage	Bandwidth	Price
1 CPU	1 GB	20 GB	1 TB

Yes, Plesk will work with these resources, but they seem to be the bare minimum. I do not recommend doing this, it's just not a good start to design a system where you will run into issues soon.
