TITLE

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE

18.0.38 MU #1

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

When changing the outgoing mail limits to a value larger than the default limit for a domain as admin user two warning message boxes are shown with the same warning message and a third message box confirming the change. The last (green) message box confirming the change conflicts the two warning message boxes. See image below.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

As an admin user navigate to a domain and change the outgoing mail limits to a value larger than the default limit.

ACTUAL RESULT

Message boxes show message cannot be changed to a greater value.

EXPECTED RESULT

Do not show warning boxes saying the limit cannot be changed to a greater value, when in reality the limit can be change by an admin user :)

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM PLESK SERVICE TEAM

Confirm bug

Developers submitted bugreport PPPM-13203 that includes two minor issues:

1. Improvement of the 'Warning' message for this case (as described in the 'Expected result' section)
2. Two 'Warning' messages at the same time when clicking the 'Apply' button.

Thank you.

Fixed in 18.0.41:
Added a link to the documentation to the warning message shown when setting outgoing mail limit for a domain, and the configured limit for the domain exceeds the limit for the subscription. (PPPM-13203)
