• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Missing apache2/nginx logs

BNoiZe

New Pleskian
I recently activated awstats for statistics. Today I checked my logs because I am analysing them with a self-made tool. Now my problem is, that all my logs after 20/Mar/2018 18:21:55 and prior to 26/Mar/2018 06:34:49 are missing.

I checked
- /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/logs
- /var/www/vhosts/system/domain.com/logs
- /var/www/vhosts/system/domain.com/statistics

All logs before 20/Mar/2018 18:21:55 were found in /var/www/vhosts/system/domain.com/statistics/https.log. I enabled awstats on 20/Mar/2018. So where have my logs gone?

usually this has to do within "broken/missing" config file / entrys.
Try to check this on cli with "plesk repair web" or via the extension "Webserver Configurations Troubleshooter"
