• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Missing cron files after reinstall

RobbieL

New Pleskian
Hi Igor,

Thanks for all your help so far! This time, I'm missing files that the existing crontab requires. There are results on Google for it, but since the parallels' forum upgrade, all the Google links are dead...

The missing crons in question are:
/bin/sh: /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/clean-events: No such file or directory
/bin/sh: /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/pack-sysstats: No such file or directory
/bin/sh: /usr/local/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/clean-sysstats: No such file or directory

I'm happy to just remove them from the crontab list if they're not important, but I just assumed they are.

Did you try to de- and reinstall watchdog?

In the awfull Google Cache, if found out, that Igor suggested as well to recreate the daily reports with:
# install_autoreport daily
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/report/autoreport.php --auto daily >/dev/null 2>&1

... and apart from all... the "new" forum is awfull as well ^^

Ah! Had no idea it was installed as a separate module :D Thanks very much :)

I ran the daily reports thing, dunno what it did. But all good now!

And yeah... Not having much luck with the forum search either... Oh well :p
