• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Debian 10.13
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.50
Good morning
I am on Obsidian v18.0.50 Debian 10.13 on a VPS at OVH and I see that the icons (images) have disappeared!
I still use a shared server in another host, the icons are present!
Is there a modification to make on my plesk?

Thank you for your support.

Did you try to use another browser to test if it's not caused by your browser of any plugins?

Good morning
Yes I tried with Chrome and my default browser is Firefox.
With chrome I could see in the icons order that I have this links:
https: //modules/lgdetaedorder/views/img/info-icon.png instead of https://[redacted]/modules/lgdetaedorder/views/img/info-icon.png which is the right address

Hello Peter
Thank you for the feedback
Are you talking about ModSecurity in Plesk? If so I tried by deactivating the modsecurity and the problem persists

No, it is about a software on your computer. Either a browser add-in or just an antivirus solution. That may block certain file types or JavaScript files for download from the Internet.
