Missing module data for gallery

nessa421

New Pleskian
We have a user that change their template and now all the images are missing from their gallery. The images are still on the publishing server in /home/user/public_html/data/storage/attachments, it just seems that the builder can't find them anymore. Is there a way to get the builder server to see the images again?

Did customer change publishing location? Actually, such issue should not take place after changing template for the site. It looks like there was something else. Generally, Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder stores modules data on publishing side, so it should be there.
Also, what do customer see when he opens Image Gallery in Wizard? Any error messages?

when the gallery page loads there are no errors...it just looks as if no images have been uploaded yet. The publishing location hasnt changed

In this case, it is hard to say exactly what could be wrong here. There were definitely some actions performed before this happened, so try to remember what was done. Do you have any files in /home/user/public_html/data/storage/ folder?
