Issue Missing PHP extensions.

I am using plesk v. 12.5.30 and php version 7 in my dedicated server

Customers under my dedicated server are unable to install Magento 2.1 in their hosting account . showing error message Missing PHP extensions.

Customers who facing problem :- www.greenvibesksa.com

Can i update my PHP version ?.does it affect other customers if i change my php version ?
 
From your message it is mising an extension of PHP, even if you update the PHP will not help. Try to see which extension is missing and install it.
