• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Missing site in Presence Builder

Ecomputer

New Pleskian
Hello.
I don´t know when nor how my site disappeared from de Presence Builder and the only option is create new site. the web is properly published and works.
Any help to"re-connect" my site with the editor?
Thanks in advance

Hello Ecomputer,

If you saved a snapshot of the published version you could reload it from there, see http://download1.parallels.com/WPB/Doc/12.0/en-US/online/presence-builder-user-guide/68657.htm#.

Would you like Presence Builder in future to automatically save a snapshot at the time of publication? Please vote for this suggestion: https://wpbuilder.uservoice.com/for...ons/5827410-auto-save-snapshot-at-publication

I have no choice to do what you tell me, when I enter Presence Builder only lets me choose the theme for my new site. if I create a new one it gives me the option to restore, but empty, of course.

Yes, the only way I know is to rebuild the site in Presence Builder. I am very sorry.

Currently, it's essential to save snapshots to allow for restores but in my experience users are generally not aware of that. The current concept leads to additional effort for customers and support staff which could be avoided if the application would auto-save snapshots at intervals - like in MS Word - and/or at latest at the time of publication.
