Issue Missing tools and setting

Hallo, I cannot see where the "Tools & Settings", its is hiding ?, even i just only one user on my plesk user, my role as owner

Hello, ajisakti. The "Tools & Settings" interface could be accessed by admin users only. What I can recommend is to get in touch with your service provider and ask them if they can provide you with the login credentials of the admin user or create an additional administrator account for you. If such option cannot be granted you can ask them to tweak the desired settings on your behalf.
