Modify domain creation script

Hello,
I use Plesk together with Resin and nginx.
I need to modify Plesk domain creation script to make it to create WEB-INF directory in a new httpdocs folder and set chmod 777.

I almost did it by adding WEB-INF folder to the .skel but Plesk recreates it with 755 permissions :-(

So, the first question is how to fix that?

And the second question is how to make Plesk to create configs for Resin and nginx and write them to the specified directory?
