Resolved ModSecurity without Atomic rules???

Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS

Plesk version and microupdate number

Version 18.0.53

ModSecurity without Atomic rules???

After reinstalling my server, ModSecurity no longer shows the Atomic rulesets. I own a license (bought from Plesk) and installed it.
I would be very grateful for ideas and help.
