Monitor email usage

I have a client who wants to be able to monitor his employees email usage. We moved him to Plesk from a custom mailserver which had the capabilities to do this via webmin. Is there anything similar for Plesk for both incoming and outgoing email?

What I'm looking for is the ability to read email, not traffic stats.

well, just set the domain's mail server so that any mail sent by/to each mail account is Bcc to the boss

or give him the login/pass to the users' account and have his outlook to configure to "leave messages on the server" or via the webmail.

I can set any incoming messages to be copied to him, but he needs sent mail as well (all of his users are on webmail).

Passwords are changed by the user, so I can't use default password sets.

Are there any addons available for this sort of thing?
