  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

I set few parameters in Monitoring to be informed when the server is under load. As example, I set for "CPU average" a value for load:load:midterm and get this Email:

Subject: The load average threshold has been exceeded
The message from the Monitoring:

Load average is too high! Many processes are using CPU or waiting for it.
The current value is 18.42 tasks.
1. In the first sentence I miss my specification "midterm".
2. The last sentence says the current value, but nowhere does it mention my set limit.

After few minutes later I get:

Subject: Load average is back to normal
A resource usage value is back to normal.
1. First mail have headliner "The message from the Monitoring:". Shouldn't that be here too?
2. Why doesn't this mail have a button to get to the monitoring? I would like to view the history.
3. Why not mention in the text which resource it is?
4. What does "normal" mean? At least the mention which limit is set and current value is missing here.

Detailed informations are certainly missing in all notifications.
