  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

move subdomain to main

I'm currently hosting a forum for a friend and it's setup like this:

domain.com

--> forum.domain.com

There's no content on domain.com, only on forum.domain.com

I however, setup a plesk package for domain.com. So my question is - how can I easily move forum.domain.com to be its own package, without the domain.com part.

Rename the subdomain to forum2.domain.com, rename the domain to forum.domain.com, then copy the files across from forum2.domain.com to the httpsdocs/cgi-bin directories of the main domain via shell.
