Move to another server

PolitisP

New Pleskian
Hello,
I have 2 servers. The first with the name "A" has plesk 9.5 with 20 clients/domains and the second with the name "B" has plesk 11 with 2 clients/domains. I want to move everything from server "A" to server "B". Which is the easier way to do it?

I have thought of recreating the clients/domains to server "B" and copy the files and the DB in the new server, but what about my mailbox? I want to keep all the mailboxes and the mail.

Thanks!

After running the script, I saw these warnings:

[2012-09-25 02:27:47][WARNING] If a site uses default PHP settings and PHP is in CGI/FastCGI mode, site applications are unable to create user sessions. This is because the apps run on behalf of a subscription owner who does not have permissions to the directory which stores session files, /var/lib/php/session. Please check http://kb.parallels.com/en/7056 for more details.

[2012-09-25 02:27:53][WARNING] Some customers have e-mail addresses coinciding with the Panel administrator's e-mail address. Please see the /var/www/vhosts/domain/httpdocs/plesk10_preupgrade_checker.log and check http://kb.parallels.com/en/111985 for details.

[2012-09-25 02:27:53][WARNING] You have 32 mailbox users that will be converted to subscription-level auxiliary users after upgrading to Panel 10. Learn how to change passwords for such users in http://kb.parallels.com/en/9454

What should I do?

Is there another way of transfering without updating the platform? Is there any way to keep my mailboxes/mails as it is?

Use Plesk Migration Manager of Backup/Restore procedure. It is described in Plesk documentation.
