Move vhost folder

Hi
Im looking at moving my vhost folder to drive D using the reconfig utility, will plesk move the existing contents of vhost automaticaly to the new folder? will I have to cut and paste sites? and what about the Inetpub folder that the vhost folder currently resides in. Finally what are the possible problems I might encounter.

Any guidence would be greatly appreciated.

Before all perfrom full Plesk backup.
Yes, content will be moved automatically. Content of the old folder will be removed.
