Moving from 8.4 to 10.4.4 problem

Hi

I have many domains in a server with plesk 8.4.

My new server has plesk 10.4.4

I have backuped one domain for testing from old server, uploaded the backup to new server.

After that I do a restore (plesk says that this backup is valid) inserting my email to get a report.

Plesk tells me that it imported the backup but i dont receive any email. When I check the domain there's nothing there from old server (files, logs, emails, databases, etc).

I also check the logs and I dont see any error there.

What can be the problem? I can provide the logs.
