Moving site between servers

Hi There,

Hope I'm in the right forum for my question.

Does anyone have a step-by-step guide for a newbie on the best way to move a website (and its DNS Zone) from the old server to a new one?

Such as when to switch off DNS and when to update the domain record's nameservers and mailboxes etc.

I've searched the forum for something similar but theres so much out there its rather daunting.

Both Servers are running Plesk 11 for Windows but only my new one has Migration manager available (which does not help much)

Hope someone can assist me...
