J jbuts Guest Feb 23, 2006 #2 You can find msde in Add/Remove programs -> Plesk -> Modify -> Database management -> Microsoft SQL server desktop engine. Hope that helps a bit.

F FFCus Guest Feb 23, 2006 #3 I was able to install MS SQL Server 2005 Express over MSDE without an issue. Just be sure to install it as an upgrade of the existing MSDE existence and Plesk will recognize it with no hitches. Search the forums a bit, there are some good threads on this here.
