MU 28 RewriteEngine on: new abbonements don't work

Hello.

I am using plesk 10.4.4 MU 28

Now I have added new abbonement and set up php as apache modul.
At web I've create a htaccess file with follow content:

RewriteEngine on

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.domein***\.eu$
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://domein***.eu/$1 [L,R=301]

domain.eu don't work then but www.domain.eu works. All other webs, I have added before MU 28 works fine with RewriteEngine. Why? What can I do? Thank you for help.
