Multiple forms

Are we able to have more than one feedback form in a site? We are having trouble doing it...

Justin, there should not be any problems by inserting multiple feedback forms into one site. Feedback module is block module and you should be able to insert several forms even into one page. Could you specify the issue in more details? I mean where exactly do you meet troubles?
In the attachment you can find the example of two feedback forms on one page which I prepared on Parallels demo site http://sitebuilder4.demo.parallels.com.
