Multiple FTP accounts

I have a client who wishes to have three of his team members have their own FTP access as there may be instances where more than one person will need to access their domain via FTP at the same time.
I can't find anywhere the option to create additional FTP accounts for a particular domain. Anyone point me in the right direction?

This isn't available in Plesk for Linux at the moment.

Isn't this a standard request for hosting web sites?

Would somebody know of an alternative either through Linux or? I can't tell my client that
I can't offer this service, that's nuts.

Workarounds, any ideas I'm more than willing to try
