• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Multiple Plesk Servers with same Apache Issue

New Pleskian
Hi Guys,

I just noticed on multiple different servers that my Plesk servers a lot of my websites apache .conf for many different sites just randomly disappeared and I had to run the plesk repair web -y command to fix it.

Is this because of an update that went out? The servers have around 300+ domains on there. But this happened on the same day on 3 different servers where the apache conf is not found.

See this attachment below

Has anyone else have had this issue or experience something like this?

hello @dannray ,

For now it looks that we did not face with such massive problems at our test environment.

Did you check panel.log: is there some related errors or messages (that can point to reason why apache config files disappeared) ?

I'm right that problem appeared after latest Plesk update installation?
If yes I suggest to also inspect autoinstaller3.log.
