  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

These processes are getting spawned every few seconds on the server and it occasionally has brought the server down. What is causing these and how can it be prevented? Is this a rogue attempt to access Plesk?

I completely blocked port 8443 using the iptables and this obviously stopped the problem, but running without Plesk is not an option at this time.
