must i install mailman for migration

I have buyed a new vps server and want to transfer my sites cpanel to plesk.
But migration is failed with this reason:
Stderr is
Mailing list support is not installed or not properly configured.
I have readed about this problem and mailman password.
mailman isnt installed on my vps, so how i can use migration service?
