any help please

You're facing several problems.
First off all, you should configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so the servers which are checking these will not mark your mail as spam or block it.
Second, outlook's mail service doesn't understand what you've done there.
How have you set up your mail account? Are there any entries in /var/log/maillog regarding this mail?

Those are apparently enabled in plesk (the message is signed), but it seems DNS is external and the key has not been added there.
Also, the SPF address is wrong, and reverse DNS must be set.

Thank you Mow for your response can you tell me how I can set a reverse DNS please ?
and what SPF I should to put ? my actual records are :

v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:<xxx.xxx.xx.xx> include:relay.mailchannels.net ~all

default._domainkey.expressshop.tn.
TXTv=DKIM1; p=......................................
_dmarc.expressshop.tn.TXTv=DMARC1; p=none

Thank you in advance ?

Hi,
I just validated your ptr, you don't have one set.
Code:
[fabian@fhw ~]$ dig PTR 102.219.176.3 +short
[fabian@fhw ~]$

When have you created the ptr record? It can take up to 2 days until it is known in all nameservers.

So, you are also blacklisted from the SORBS DNSBL.
You should contact your Provider so he can request a delisting for your ip address.
