• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue My Plesk is sending SPAM

Marcio Nunes

Basic Pleskian
Hello,
I cannot locate where the problem is, but my Plesk server is sending SPAM through a domain that does not have an active email service.
My server is not allowed to send email by PHP script.

I changed all the passwords and passed ImunifyAV and it's all clean.

It is the first time that I have not been able to solve a problem of this type.

Help will be of great help!

First step is to look into /var/log/maillog and isolate a single case, then carefully examine where the mail originates. Normally you'll find at least a user name that is submitting it to the mail queue.
