my plesk panel won't load after change root password using ssh
looking my domain don't exist anymore

Note, that system root password does not affect anything in Plesk by default.
In Plesk more important password of admin user.
Can you login to server via ssh connection as root? If yes, run command

# plesk repair installation

for fixing your Plesk. I hope it will help.

Address should be https://{ipaddress}:8443
And check your firewall settings.
