I can start my server with a netboot, for back up; but I would like to know how backup more than the /var/www/vhosts folder.

I have 30 domains on this server, with lots of emails, and mysql bases.

Do you think I can restore data on another server with Plesk ?

I'm not a technician, and my hosting company can't help me.

    Please, help !
