my server send / recive multiple message

Many user that work with my server
complain multiple message email to their account,
either using my smtp server
sia ricevendo email da altri server
either using my smtp server
either receiving emails from other servers

a few of my users are having this problem, and their recipients/clients are complaining about the multiple emails.


the problem is that this only occurs sometimes

how to fix?
