my sitebuilder trial can't publish correct!

i create a trail site for my customer, but i don't know how to
setup the trial site, cause it always appear the sign"x",
i don't know how to setup these information on my vps, please
help me to solve this question, i have put my attachment that i
capture on my sitebuilder screen!
