My website doesn't work, Why?

I'm asking if php 7.0.6 is well installed because I can't install the last version of Joomla Under this version of php.
For the moment I'm using php 5, but it's working but slower than with php 7

pls. be aware, that this forum is a "Plesk based subject" and your latest answer describes issues with "Joomla". Pls. use a "Joomla bugtracker" / "Joomla Support Forum" or something related, because Plesk doesn't seem to be the root cause of your issue/problem/failure.
