What is the best way to upgrade mysql to version 5 on a Fedora Core 4 box (64 bit)? I am having a hard time finding the correct RPMs. atomic-bleeding has the only one that I could find for FC4, but it has i386 by it, so does that mean that it is 32bit?

Thanks!

John

Were did you find the 32 bit?

where did you find the 32bit version for the rpm?

I don't know of any stable Plesk-compatible MySQL 5 rpms for Fedora Core 4 at this time. Yes, Atomic Rocket Turtle has some in the atomic-bleeding channel, but I wouldn't throw those on a production server. :)

Fedora Core 5 comes with MySQL 5, so you could maybe go with that if you really need MySQL 5 at this time.

(You know Fedora Core 4 is EOL, right?)
