mysql can not link

But the site links to mysql
But not link error:
Such as
http://www.99club.com.tw/portal.php
Or
http://www.99club.com.tw/99/
As long as the link to part of the database
Will all error

I think you have to read instructions carefully. It might be database problem. Try to degrade it to plesk11 and check again if this error is coming or not.
