Mysql databases

I am expieriencing this issue since I first installed pleask but I didn't really take it serious at first. Ok say I have a database under my domain named test and and user has a different domain and account and they try creating a database called test. Please come back with error states database already exsists. It does the same thing with users. This is a major problem because my client base is getting big and 2 of them tryinstalling PHPnuke and it has a default database name and some people don't change that and there getting errors because it does exsist. Same thing with people just making a generic databse wit generic names such as test. Can someoen please assist me on this. Thanks
