mySQL error. Admin cannto dreate users.

whe I try to create a user after I create a database I get the following error.


Unable to create the database user: Add new database user failed: Can't execute FLUSH PRIVILEGES: MySql error 1227:Access denied; you need the RELOAD privilege for this operation.

I think you should ask them who have posted it, coz I have tried it and it works but I have done for a database user, if you want it for root ask them.
