MySQL Error: Can't create TCP/IP socket

We installed Plesk at server with database software "MySQL".

But the MySQL isn't work, see the error when ask a database:


Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Can't create TCP/IP socket (10106)



I tried to reinstall all MySQL and Connectors related but the error persists.

Can you help-me?

Make sure it is possible to connect to specified hostname on port 3306:
> telnet hostname(or IP) 3306

also, pay attention to KB http://kb.odin.com/en/1153

Problem fixed

That problem is related with the installation of TCP/IP and Winsock protocol.

I fixed that running the netsh command.
