When I attempt to suspend a domain, I get the following error from Plesk:
ERROR: PleskUserException
Unable to activate/deactivate domain: Can't execute flush privileges: MySql error 1146:Table 'mysql.servers' doesn't exist
Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: PleskFatalException

Can anyone shed some light on this? I haven't touched the MySQL for the Plesk system itself, but I did upgrade the client side MySQL server (located in the /databases/mysql/ directory)
