MYSQL: max key length

Hi,

I tried to add some tables to my new Installed MYSQL database but there was an error:

ALTER TABLE hok_account ADD INDEX search (first_name, middle_name, last_name)
Error (install_sql-3): Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes

Do you know how to solve this problem?

My Plesk Version: 8.1.1 on Ubuntu 6.10.
