• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello,
I find this error with remote access on MySQL Query

Could not connect to the specified instance.

MySQL Error Number 2003

Can’t Connect to MySQL server on 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' (10060)

The server is a Windows 2003 SP1
PLESK 7.5.6
MySQL 4.1.7

I turn off the firewall and all security policies, add the remote IP to the MySQL database...

I need some help. Because I don’t find this problem in the rest of my servers

Thanks

Actually you can manage clients' Mysql server with phpMyAdmin. You can find it on the CP -> Server -> Databases -> Mysql tab. Please note clients' mysql server uses the 3306 port.
