MySQL User ********* already exists.

I have a site that uses multiple database. I want to set up a database user that can access all the database. When I tried adding the same user to all the database it let me add the user to the first database but came up with the error :

Error. User jmorjari_JMorjar already exists.

How can I setup a database user on multiple databases?
